Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham Madison

Overall good. Positives: Friendly staff, great shower, very clean, great price. Negatives: The TV wouldn't connect to the internet which was needed to watch even normal channels. Also one of the light strips didn't work but that wasn't a problem. Not much lighting and thinner beds. Other: Continental breakfast had a couple bread products, fruit loops, waffle option, one kind of yogurt, oranges and apples. Didn't use pool/hot tub but it looked clean!

Positive: The pool and hottub were both amazing! Negative: The cable for the TV was not operating the entire weekend we were there. The front desk said they were working on it but the lobbys TV was working just fine. Also the phone in the room was pointless because they did not answer one time I tried to call.

The hot tub isnt hot!!! So if you want a hot hub dont come here. If you need a room to enjoy come here. The beds were comfy. The 1 elevator sucked but enjoyed the stairs. I dont think id come here again because of the hot tub. That was really disappointing to me.

Not the best ive stayed at but i was in a pinch. The front desk lady was super nice and helpful. My card for some reason did not work (it eventually did) and she was very patient and joked around with me to make me feel at ease. Yes the rooms could have been a little cleaner well a lot cleaner but like i said i was in a pinch. Breakfast was ok but not expecting a personal chef.

I like the hotel a great gym and pool area rooms are nice enough. I will say I'm extremely livid though as a different Windham location wiped out and over charged my card causing a month of struggling to get paid. Finally today got my pay all worked out and when I went to check in the lazy kid with a bad attitude took it real personal when I was confused about he was making assumptions and jumping to conclusions out of absolutely nothing and when I said I felt he was being rude devices he just didn't want to rent me a room what a terrible joke people don't try and get rest and relax to deal with discrimination bad attitudes or people taking and making things personal when they should be helping people get situated
