Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham Anchorage Airport

Rude when notified me of deposit fee and check in that I mentioned was nothing on reservation regarding deposit fee. Just asked if I still wanted room. The room had dirty sheets on desk, garbage full and shower disgusting with soap scum for months stuck on it, housekeeper just walked in room with Do Not Disturb on door while I was getting desk, notified front desk, and was not resolved, Alaska in winter with no treated walkways for guest to safely get to and from cars.

Positive: Great hotel! Almost right next to the Sea Tac Airport.Free shuttle pick up and drop off to the airport. Also, the light rail commuter train is within walking distance. Easy to ride the train right into downtown Seattle for sightseeing. Staff was great! Negative: No I was completely satisfied. I would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed here for 12 hours to sleep and shower before a flight. The quality of the room matches the price. I found it to be quite run down and outdated, but the room was clean and everything worked as it should. The front desk were also pleasant and helpful. Good for a budget, short-term stay.

We stayed here for the proximity to the airport. If I could give this hotel a 0 I would. The shuttle that picked us up was pretty much falling apart, filthy, and my seatbelt didn't work. Our arrival at the hotel was not much better. The front doors were white but had not been cleaned in a very long time as they were completely black around the handles. The hotel itself was very dirty. The carpets were worn away and they need a thorough cleaning if not replaced. The hallways did not smell good either. They smelled like an apartment building where everyone was cooking so the ventilation is obviously not good. The room was OK. They used the stark white lightbulbs so it was very dark. Had what we thought was a good night o ly to try and extend the room and them telling us mo since we had. Traffic at night we had 4 adults in the room and 2 small dogs who go out frequently. We dont party we have kids with us. It's ridiculous that the people renting the room are considered traffic in and out of the room.
