If no star was an option. Roaches vending machines are literally drilled out. The ones that aren't simple take money without dispensing anything. No pool and no breakfast. Beds were rough. Do not stay unless you're only option is the snow bank. Do not leave anything in your car and definitely don't think for a second this is any place for your family. It's a no smoking premises yet there's cigarettes and cigars laying everywhere and the hallways smells like an old time bar ashtray. I'm mind blown that this is a "placement location". We checked out early.

Very deserved two star hotel. A few years ago my parents and stayed here while returning from a trip to Boston. At the time we booked it as a quality inn. That was the first problem. They had within the last 6 months before had changed their name. The beds felt like they were caving in. The only saving grace was the breakfast. The hotel looked like a place you would find in the worst part of Gary Indiana which I find funny because this hotel is right next to the interstate. If I remember correctly, half the lights were working in the hotel so it was a very eerie and scary experience. I felt like something that you would find in a blood fest movie. My parents did not like the hotel but because we couldn't cancel and we had to stay the night.

Hotel is run down. Not as advertised online. No breakfast we were told due to renovations. Did not look like any work being done. No shower curtain rod in bathroom, staff was unconcerned. Specifically asked about ice machine and was told they have one. Staff didn’t bother to tell us only one of the four machines functional.

Positive: The room had enough beds to accommodate my family. Negative: They had roaches, they where rude and even though I booked my stay continuously, they charged me every day for a week to $25 to stay in my room during check out.

At check in time I was given so many rules verbally and then had to sign these rules I got the impression with so many rules they took care of their rooms. I got scared when I entered the room and found holes on the wall, broken lampshade, the outlet for microwave sticking out of the wall, tiny pillows that looked dirty through the pillowcase, only 1 towel set and we were 2 adults, had to share towels. Tub faucet temp is reversed we almost got burned, killed 1 roach around 1am, woke up again at 5am and killed 2 more in the bathroom. Cover for A/C temp control broken and left on top of it. The man that checked me in kept repeating I must check out in person. I checked out at 8:30am and the lobby door was locked, a guy inside looked at me first like thinking if he should let me in.
