Baymont by Wyndham Tupelo

The only reason I’m giving a two is because the housekeeping ladies were so sweet and helpful. The manager was very rude! He told us to make sure our room was clean because we kept receiving stuff at the hotel because we had a house fire. We completely understand that they didn’t want things at the front and we would go gather them. We also did not store all of the things in the room we took them to a storage so the room was not over crowded. We kept the room clean our selves. We bought cleaning products and a broom to sweep. He called himself getting mad about a phone and clock but we called the first day we got in the room and told them the phone and clock were tore up. So I’m guessing no communication. We were not bad guest. It was people arguing out in the hallway late night including

Positive: None Negative: The room was dirty and needed vacuumed. The pictures showed that the rooms were without carpet but that was not the case. The bathroom needed swept and mopped. The tub needed to be cleaned. The room smelled bad and the filter in the ac unit needed changed

This is literally the best hotel in a Tupelo for the price you pay!!!! Unless you pay over $120, this is the best one!!! The breakfast is always ready and all selections are available and stocked. The service was amazing && made me feel right at home! The rooms are always clean! The internet is fast && anyone who works the front desk is so nice!!!

I spent 3 days here and it was great. Clean, comfortable, stylish and awesome indoor heated pool with sauna. The staff was super nice. Priced reasonably

The hotel was very clean; the beds were comfortable; waffles are delicious. The staff was kind,cordial, and helpful. The prices were reasonable even though they changed from night to night. The hotel offers a nice, "no frills" environment which is perfect for families. Having an indoor pool and workout center is a plus! The only inconvenience is that no stores are in walking distance, but plenty of restaurants are. I would definitely stay here again.
