Spark by Hilton Tupelo

Great hotel. The only thing is that there was no microwave in the room and the complimentary breakfast was bread items or oatmeal. The coffee was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and plenty of towels. Had to stay there because the electricity was off due to the storm.

We had trouble getting to this hotel from the interstate when we missed a turn even though is right beside I 22. Room quiet, large and very comfortable bed. Came with nightlight in the bathroom. Large TV. Would have given higher ranking except for breakfast issues. We expected it to be continental however, they were out of hard boiled eggs, yogurt in the dispenser and there was no salt or pepper. You have to take a plastic ware packet and waste the utensils to get one salt packet. Also no sleeves for the coffee cups which were extremely hot. Would stay here again as the price was right and room very nice but would bring our own salt and coffee cups.

This hotel was excellent. Modern and clean. No issues with bed or a/c. No weird smells. Shower got hot. Could occasionally hear people above us or leaving their rooms if you are a light sleeper. Great location. Would stay again

This is truly you get what you pay for hotel except there is no excuse for a Hilton brand to have dirty rooms. We stayed here for a sleep and get back on the road stopover since it was priced low. The evening clerk was very nice. The room was basic but just like all the other reviews the room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was hair on the bathroom counter, a used washcloth still hanging in the shower, and the bath wash container was empty. The bathroom floor looked like it had been mopped but you could see it hadn’t been scrubbed in a long time. At checkout, I mentioned these things to the morning clerk and he gave me the most scripted, “I will let the manager know” and didn’t note the room number or issues.
