Holiday Inn & Suites Tupelo North by IHG

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn North in Tupelo during the recent ice storm. The staff was so nice and so helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There is a nice bar in the lobby area. The bartenders were such fun and make great cocktails. The staff made a very stressful situation so much better! We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

My husband and I stayed here during the recent ice storm and it was such a positive experience. The hotel was full, and the staff were incredibly busy, but that didn’t keep them from being so helpful and making our stay as comfortable as possible. One employee in particular was Lacretia, who went above and beyond to make things easier for us. She was extremely helpful and friendly, which made a difficult time easier to deal with. I don’t know the names of the other staff members I interacted with, but their hospitality and sense of humor made me forget why we were there in the first place! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Thank you so much!

Check-in was friendly and allowed us to check in early due to bad weather. The staff was wonderful. Room was clean and stocked with towels and toiletries. The room was a comfortable temperature upon checkin. We took advantage of the indoor pool/hot tub. That area was also very clean and stocked with towels. Overall stay was great! Will definitely stay here again next year as we were here for the Blue Suede Cruise-in.

Always a good stay at this holiday inn. Remember if you need to start the washer and dryer in guest laundry there is an app you download and add money to in order to start the machines. I had forgotten quarters and front desk was running low. She even went and checked in her purse which was definitely above and beyond what was expected of front desk staff. Appreciated the fresh beds and soft pillows. Clean shower and the rest of the hotel seemed in good shape from what I could see.

I just wrote a review and forgot to mention how fantastic it was to see the employees all smoking very far away from ( off the grounds ) the front door, thank you. I’m allergic to smoke and appreciate the non smoking hotel! There’s nothing more annoying to walk up to hotel entrance and employees smoking right within 3 feet of the entrance door with the sign that says no smoking within 20 feet.. !| Keep up the great work here, all wonderful employees
