Baymont by Wyndham Louisville Airport South

Me and my boyfriend were only planning on staying one night, but ended up staying twice. Both nights we showed up around 5-9 ish to check in. The guy at the front desk was very personable (pretty sure his name was Ryan). First night we had an issue with the bedding being a little gross, but second night was good. The only other encounter we had with the front desk people was when we were checking out the first day. The lady was not very concerned with our issues we had the first night with the bedding, we brought it up again to Ryan the second night when we checked in. He resolved the issue and was very apologetic. Ryan deserves a raise LOL.

The parking lot was being redone but this didn't interfere with any availability. Upon walking in the gentleman at the counter was extremely pleasant and helpful. The floors were clean and so was the room. The breakfast was very good.||Definitely recommend.

Worst experience at a hotel. It’s a 74 dollars plus taxes, you’d think there’d be a decent service. The rooms are dirty and not take of, the housekeepers are loud in the morning shouting at each other. They required 100 dollars deposit to check in and when I wanted to check out they had to find someone (took sometime) to send them to my room to check it before I leave. I am not mad because they had to check the room, I am mad because the time it took. I don’t recommend it. With this price, you can get way better service and hotel in the city. Run

Positive: The breakfast was great. Coffee, biscuits and gravy, waffles, muffins. Loved them Negative: The room smelled a little like pets(dogs) were in them still. That and wet towels being in the hallway floor all night. Other than that I had a good time.

I had a very disappointing stay at Baymont by Wyndham due to extremely poor property management and unreasonable policies. The only positive aspect of this hotel is the frontline customer service staff, who were polite and communicated well. Unfortunately, the management policies are utterly poor and not aligned with Wyndham standards. Even on weekends, checkout is as early as 9:30 AM, and breakfast closes at 9:00 AM, which is very inconvenient for guests. I have never experienced such restrictive policies at any other Wyndham property. The breakfast quality was poor, with very limited options, and there was no hot water available for guests at night, which is unacceptable. Overall, this stay did not meet basic hospitality expectations. Based on this experience, I will never book this p
