Baymont by Wyndham Lithia Springs Atlanta

Right next door to the Cracker Barrel, breakfast was good but not monitored closely, several items were out with an hour left. Parking is good, room was clean I would definitely stay here again but to breakfast early...before it runs out. :)

We came to Atlanta to go to Six Flags. The hotel was less than 10 minutes away. Arrived early and our room was not ready. Receptionist immediately found us a clean room so we didn’t have to wait. |Room was clean, including linens and towels. Parking lot seemed safe at night. No noise. Great breakfast options. There are cheaper hotels closer to Six Flags but their reviews are terrible. Zero complaints here!!! Will stay again if we come back to Atlanta!

Positive: Staff is very nice, it is clean,and very convenient for me, close to my job sites. Negative: If I didn't like 1st time I would've came back. Like I mention the staff is very nice and polite and it very clean.

We were placed in a room that had bugs and they apparently were aware that this room is prone to getting bugs. We did get relocated, which is fine. call customer service for some clarification on checkout charges that I received and the person that I spoke to acted like they can’t have a humane conversation and answer my question adequately without having an attitude. It seems like attitude is the norm for this company for customer service. Wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend this location.

I used to stay here a lot and I was always very satisfied but it just seems like it's slowly going down. I hate when I pay $100 or more. And I have to pick hair off of the pillows and the sheets, if they shed hair that bad, then they need to wear hair bonnets when doing laundry. I don't appreciate the air conditioner. Having piled up dust on it. That makes me feel like i'm breathing that stuff in. I covered it up so I dont look at it. Sometimes after a long day and 8 pm check in you dont feel up to arguing and going back and forth clean the rooms. And it's always good to have bath tub stoppers as well....I dont think I will stay again.. prices gouge on weekends but the room was not satisfactory. I will find another location
