Baymont by Wyndham Kalamazoo East

Staff was very friendly and did everything they could do to make us feel more welcomed. Could not ask for better service! They deserve 10 stars however the place is a mess! We travel for work and always stay with Baymont and this was the nastiest hotel weve ever seen. Yes, it's under construction but that has nothing to do with the dirt amd grime. I was disgusted amd felt dirty myself when I woke up every morning. We moved rooms 5 times! Bed bugs were in the 2nd room they gave us. My husband caught one of them and put it in a zip lock bag. The lady at the front desk confirmed that it was most definitely a bed bugs. She even got disgusted. She moved us to our very last room which was the best out of all the others. We were so tired and aggravated we just stayed. I will include pictures of t

filthy, no hot water, rooms etc dirty, roaches in breakfast area crawling all over on floor, wouldnt offer a refund when this was brought to their attention! rude workers,They dont tell you about no hot water til youve already paid, you ask to speaker to manager and get told maybe a few hours or more before they are there if they are there, Should not be open for public until its cleaned up and sanitary to eat in, tables were crumbs on them and sticky

It was horrible from the moment we walked in if I was able to get refunded for the room I would have left and went somewhere else. The hotel stunk so bad we had to plug our nose until we got to our room. the toilet was broken we had to have someone fix it who didnt know what he was doing and after he said he fixed it it was so loud when it flushed, the bathroom door didnt even shut fully, the heater blew out cold air, it was so loud outside with other people yelling and vehicles going through it sounded like my window was open which it was not, my bed was on wooden blocks in the front. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know nor will I ever book this hotel again. Very very poor hotel if I could give a 0 I would have.

This place is called stay well now but the staff is the same and when me and my family were by the pool they lets strangers in our room who stole my medication and the lady at the desk said if we don’t like it we can find another place to stay. we also made a reservation in advance and because they changed names from baymont to stay well they won’t honor our reservation. There’s so many other places just spend the extra few dollars and not worry about possibly being in danger or getting ripped off or both like what happened to me and my family.

Saw a good deal for a room here on Priceline so I decided to try it out. I was previously staying at the Baymont West location for work and it was a decent experience, so I was hoping for the same at this one. I couldn't have been more wrong. As I pulled in there was a group of homeless/ junkies hanging out by the parking lot. I found out later that they live under a bridge behind the motel. After I checked in I just dropped some food off in the room because it had a fridge, but not my luggage. It was brief because I had to get back to work. The room was definitely not as nice as the one I had previously stayed at their other location. The couch looked like something you'd find by the curb on garbage day. There were some stains on the bed sheet. The bathroom looked pretty sketch. Over all
