Baymont by Wyndham Jonesboro

I stayed here 3 days with my fiancé and 2 month old baby and all 3 days house keeping knocked several times before 10am, once to see if we were checking out (we had reservation for the next day and already paid) ok so I told her we were staying then the day we left she knocked around 9 am I told her we were checking out and she comes back knocking at 1030 I told her were had late check out (confirmed with front desk) she told me that “I need to hurry up and pack” I would like to stay here again but idk if we will because not only did she wake up my infant baby several times she was very rude. Other than that everything was good. Front staff was great and hotel was nice & clean.

They said online they had breakfast. They didn't and the breakfast area was a mess. Coffee was leftover from some other day. Parking lot was an icy disaster. Bathtub was gross and the armchair had the pleather pealed off the arm. The only positive was the delightful front desk worker who checked us in.

Hotel had water damage, smelled of mold and mildew. The front desk placed us in the room where the damages were located, but swiftly changed our room upon my discovery of the room with missing wall panels and carpet(due to repairs being started). Kudos to the front desk attendant for his prompt action

Positive: The bed was soft and clean. There was a television and it worked. Negative: The pictures online were not accurate.The bedside chair had dirt on the legs. Mold on the shower curtain. The recliner was peeling. Paint was missing by the sink. Online stated there was breakfast. They only had cold cereal. No coffee.

NOTHING LIKE THE ONLINE PHOTOS. Walked into our room to see already used shower supplies. Lovely. Rooms are pretty dirty, the floors were clearly not vacuumed and the blinds were covered in brown spots. The Internet is incredibly slow. Checkout is listed on their website and on a sign at their front desk as being at noon, housekeeping knocked at 10:15 telling us we had to be out by 11 - front desk doubled down. Avoid! Surprised we didn't get bed bugs. There are way better hotels to stay at in the area. Won't be back.
