Baymont by Wyndham Fort Myers Central

This was a very disappointing and concerning stay. The overall condition of this property was poorly maintained. The breakfast area had visible ceiling stains and active leakage directly above where food was being served. The waffle station, hot tub, and pool were all listed as amenities; however, none of them were operational during our stay. The hot tub was completely drained and filled with debris. The pool area did not appear properly maintained, and the drinking fountain was rusty and dirty. The ice machine was also visibly dirty. The first room we were given had visible mold spots on the lampshades. After noticing this, we requested a room change. DO NOT BOOK HERE!! You might think this review is an exaggeration but I promise it’s NOT! It was extremely unsafe! We proceeded inside (giving it the benefit of the doubt) it was worse! It honestly looked like a crackhouse straight out of the tv! The towels weren’t even white, you can see the dirt like if they weren’t washed. The sheets had holes, and when I pulled back what looked like pubs with stains! The dresser, had various holes on the top and the walls yellowish and even what looks like mold stains. I only took pictures of the tub bc we ran out of there. We canceled that same day and asked for the name of the front desk and was given a false name. We needed to get the front desk persons name to be able to get a refund. Now they said no one by the name of Collins works there and no

Dirty floor with lots of hair and other things. I don’t think it has been cleaned for a while. Bath mat/feet towel became very dirty and black. When we mentioned this to the reception, we have been told that it is just the paint coming out of the flooring and it has been cleaned, which made no sense at all. 2 out of 3 receptionists weren’t polite and helpful at all.

My 17yr daughter and I stayed here and it was very ran down and dirty. The pictures look nothing like the room. Our bathroom was so gross that we choose to not shower after spending the day at the beach then to spend the whole next traveling dirty. Beds were very uncomfortable, but the bathroom was just bad!!

Bad smell inside the room and the water from the bathtub. The bed was horrible, you can feel the springs and a big noise every time you move like metals. They must not be in the business. The towels was dirty and old. It was the worst hotel in history! Please, don't stay here.
