Baymont by Wyndham Fayetteville

We are staying here now as I speak. My husband wanted to take a relaxing bath... Nearly any hot water. Very disappointed! With it being a large hotel, you would think they wouldn't have issues with the hot water. Rooms are clean. Haven't had breakfast yet so we shall see. It's pretty pathetic that you send a rewritten message to those people who are not satisfied. When my husband went down to put some of our bags in husband truck. One one the employees were sleeping. He had to ask him why there was no breakfast. No excuses! You should make it right by refunding your customers the money they paid or a room somewhere else that has hot running water. When people travel all day, they want to be able to relax with hot shower or bath. My 18 ft camper runs water hotter and longer. Fi

Positive: relatively economical Negative: clean but very dated and worn out. Messy front desk with papers lying about, open back office that was disorganized. Just not a clean and tidy appearance like most hotels I have stayed at before. Also the TV was blaring in the lobby/bfast area -

Hotel was decent, room was clean. There were not very many people staying there for the weekend so it seemed as though their breakfast options were not well thought out. There were not a lot of options. The waffle mix was watered down, not mixed incorrectly, watered down. The juice machine did not have juice in it. The staff seemed to hide behind the desk or in a back room and you had to ring a bell for them to come out and help you. The location of the hotel is pretty good, you have to fight traffic if you want to leave the hotel and head towards the campus.

I came to the hotel to check in. No one was at the front desk. For nearly twenty minutes, I rang the desk bell and called the hotel with no response. I had to get a different hotel. The stay was nonrefundable, and this Baymont refused to issue a $66 refund, because they said I arrived after check in time. However, they didn’t communicate the check in time until AFTER I’d booked the hotel. They emailed their policy after the booking, and I was admitting my child to the hospital and wouldn’t have read it, trusting that I had somewhere to sleep that night. I was exhausted physically and mentally, and this was an awful experience, especially considering the hotel wouldn’t make it right.
