Worst hotel I've been in for years, no elevator got me upset because I'm a disabled veteran. Tv wouldn't work, sticky floors, public hair in the toilet if you know what I mean. Didn't have an automatic door opener for the handicapped. This was supposed to be a 3 day stay that turned into a one-night. Never again

The owner apparently has had issues with people disputing charges when the person staying is not the person who's card is on file. They made me pay for the room when there is a card on file. This resulted in not only my mom's card (the card on file) getting charged, but my card as well. And now they aren't cooperating in our dispute of the charge on my mom's card. This is a terrible business practice and the owner should be ashamed.

We were driving 13 hours to take our son back to the Fort Gordon Base, we were 2 hours away and decided to stop because he wasnt due back til 6pm, we went to 10 different hotels, and we were going to be charged way too much just for 6 hours. Then we found baymont! Wonderful people, beds so great, I didn't want to get up. And just because our son was in the army, he told us to take him back and come back to rest a few more hours before hitting the road! Thank you Baymont, any time we come through we will definitely come here!

$5 for Xtra room key? NO.. I paid for 4 days . Room was clean.. bed - good.. ceiling in room needs painting bad. Sheets didn't fit bed.

The room is ok if you're seeking something economical. The issue I have is the 50$ deposit they seem to charge only certain people. I say this because as I'm "waiting" for them to check my room so I can get my deposit back, a Caucasian guy checking-out his room handed his room key to the front desk & did not wait to be refunded a deposit. I very seriously doubt he would have just left a deposit , especially if he had to pay 50$ like I had to. So that was the first issue, that "certain people" mainly of color are required to pay a deposit. The other issue is the fact that I reserved the room online with a credit card & paid cash once I arrived, why 4hours after I checked-out, they tried charging my card. They didn't give me a receipt when I paid, so that was also an issue , this is why I l
