InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Douglasville

First day was a nightmare! I booked this room a week in advance when I got here at 11 no one was in the office. I waited. Finally someone came and it was the manager who told me right off the bat rooms are not ready yet. So having all my stuff in my car expecting to put that stuff somewhere I get turned away til almost 5 pm that day. Mind you they already charged me for that whole day even though it was their mistake I couldn’t check in at 11.. manager is not very understanding in my opinion. Came into my room the morning of the second day told me I’m in violation because of my bamboo plant in the window and told me windows are required to be closed! So no sunlight aloud? I did not see in the rules plants could not be in a window and I did not see windows had to be closed. Shower head is

For a budget motel, this place has been above par with others. A few small issues but not major. the AC won’t cool the room to my liking like most hotels, I have found small roaches climbing the walls when I get up, and the ventilation fan in the bathroom is moldy. Expectations must be managed when shopping for budget rooms, but these do just fine! I Clorox wiped common surface areas and didn’t collect much but dust (severely OCD), which was a relief! All in all would stay here again.

Checked in for a 3 week stay. Overall my stay was very pleasant. The entire staff was polite and helpful. My room a Premium Queen was nicely appointed and clean . The kitchenette had a full size fridge,two burner electric stove and a microwave. Services are simple housekeeping once per week. I certainly saved some money using the kitchen. It is located near all store and you can walk to most. Thank you Rachel, Aaron & Shawna .

Fell on hard times and had to find somewhere to go. She was kind and helpful when I needed it and didn’t know that’s all it took. She got me in fast and flawlessly. The property is clean and quiet. After months of stressing I FINALLY have some peace! THANK YOU!!🙏🏽🙏🏽

They steal time. I call at around 12 (just checking to see if they are in the office before I waste my lunch break)she say lunch is at 1. I call at 1:30 still not there. Once we finally made it in the front office person gonna say they sometimes have long meetings. Now I’m not new to companies and how they work. But never have I ever heard of a company closing the whole office when it’s fully staffed. Maybe 3:00 is when she finally opened the door.
