Days Inn by Wyndham Douglasville-Atlanta-Fairburn Road

1st room that came up on my search was smoking- I didn't realize that. It was disgusting. Tobacco residue on everything, phone, fridge, windows, curtains, smelled like weed, hair rumberband on bathroom vanity counter. I changed rooms, although it was upstairs & there is no elevator it was better! But being disabled took longer because stair way, ice & parking was far away. Pool wasn't open- which is 1 of the reason I picked it.

Bed sheets had stains on them, burn holes. Shampoo bottle was half empty. Giant cockroach I killed on carpet. Contacted front desk and sent pictures waiting to hear back from management about it. Not happy with stay. Couldn’t get the TV to work.

This is the most disgusting hotel I ever stayed in, there were cigarette ashes in the ice box, the towels had huge big stains on the towels, the shower had dirt and dirty soap drips all on the walls from the persons before, the shower curtian was dingy and dirty looks like some urinated all over it, with huge brown stains, looks like some put cigarettes out on it, and black stuff marks all over it. When they bought me a new one i could not even tell that it was different until she pointed out what looked like blood stains and told be its not dirty its just stained. The mattress protector had dark brown stains all on the side looked like body fluids. Then when I teĺl hotel staff about it I was yelled at saying its a 2.5 star hotel, and I told them I dont care I should not have to stay in fl

The lady that works there and cleans the rooms are so friendly she has excellent customer service I give her a 5 star rating in great attitude great vibes and I will surely return with my girl friend got another friendly visit to this most welcomeing 🏨 thanks to they staff and cleanliness I will support this bussiness

No blankets on bed, blood drops on carpet. No breakfast, Pool was closed. Bathroom ceiling had mold and peeling paint. Was given a different room nite 2 still only sheets on bed when asking for blankets was told they don't have them, because they were in poor shape. Pool still closed and to top it off the TV quit so was stuck in a room staring at 4 walls. The worst part was the customer service. They refused any discount or refund and man at desk was very rude and said not his problem and he wasn't going to do anything about the issues. Infact ask me why we came back if we didn't like the rooms? $100+ for a room and the worst stay I've ever had at any hotel in America. Stay at your own risk don't expect any resolve for any issues you may have.
