Comfort Inn Douglasville - Atlanta West

I had a very pleasant stay at this motel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the bathroom to the linens was neat and tidy. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and easy. Thank you Mahi

I made an online reservation for a handicap accessible room. When we arrived, the desk clerk did not know I was standing there, her ear buds were in and she was engrossed in her phone. She was short, inattentive, and had no customer relation skills. Our room was NOT handicap accessible. Short toilet, a bathtub, and a non-working exhaust fan in the dingy, poorly maintained bathroom. I returned to the desk, interrupting her again, to inquire about an accessible room. She said their she could give me a shower chair to make the room accessible. I have worked night audit at a Comfort Inn, stayed in many Comfort Inns, I will not return to this property.

Decent location right off interstate, but that's where the sorta good ended. If i'm looking for a $100/night place to sleep then comfort inn is my go to. Not this one again. I'm not imagining this; the parking spots seemed smaller. There was a young guy checking me in (training i think) and lady (maybe mgr) was just treating him like an idiot in front me. I wanted to tell her shut up so he could relax and do his job. The lobby wasn't bad but as I started walking back to my room the floor got dirtier and dirtier. There's no way that much trash, stains, just stuff was accumulated on the floor in the halls and the elevator. The room was ok clean but I know if the rest of the hotel is filthy then I worry about sheets or whether they wipe anything down in the rooms. I turned up my room heat and

We needed a late night stop while on a road trip. We were leery of exit hotels after reading reviews of a few of them, but we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of this hotel- it fit what we needed plus had a free hot breakfast. The beds were comfortable, linens were clean, and everything was in working order.

Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. Great service. Good breakfast…But I only wish they keep the scrambled eggs and sausages/ bacon/ham in completely separate containers. Some people don’t like eggs adjacent to pork items. That’s my only complaint about this hotel.
