Americas Best Value Inn Douglasville

Every time I go to Douglasville Ga, I stay at this location. Went during the summer, took my granddaughter to the pool, no madness or craziness, everyone was very friendly and the staff as well. The prices are fantastic, I walk down in the morning to get my fruit and coffee, everything is close by. I returned about 4 times now, I have no complaints about this location,staff or management. Thank u .

Positive: Hairs in the bathroom on the toilet and in the tub. Phones did not work. No iron or ironing board I was told to go to the laundry room across the parking lot. Lights made loud noise when on. Air conditioner ran loudly it was difficult to get any sleep. Negative: Front desk staff was nice

I had a very unpleasant experience at America’s Best Value Inn in Douglasville, GA. The customer service was extremely rude, and when I tried to report an issue, the staff threatened to call the police instead of resolving the problem respectfully. In addition, the room had a roach infestation, which made the stay uncomfortable and unsanitary. This level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until management addresses these serious issues with both staff behavior and maintenance.

my family and I stayed here until our new place was ready. The room was ok for the price. The pillows on the bed are so old and waded up, very lumpy, the faucet handle over the sink is swinging barely holding on making it difficult to turn it, the tub does not drain so while you are showering it fills up with water, and the curtain seems like it is barely hanging in the wall. not to mention issues with the tv freezing and losing signal. We never complained about any of this we just tried to stay to ourselves. We needed another few days to renew but upon doing this in the front office we were told they did not want to extend us for very stupid reasons and total BS! When we checked in not one person told us we much allow housekeeping to enter the room every 3 days, it was not even brought up

Booked my room before the lady from this hotel came up to me and accused me of parking here without paying parking and threatening to call the police on me when this is the first time I pass through Georgia! Unfortunately I had already booked my room before this unpleasant interaction. Teach your employees some manners. Definitely the last time I stay at this hotel!
