Baymont by Wyndham Crestview

We had no issues with the staff during our short one night stay. The location was convenient. However, if you just need a cheap motel (It's not a hotel. The doors are visible from the parking lots) without any frills, luxuries, nor a standard meat and egg breakfast, then this is a good option to save some money. The shower curtain rod was barely hanging on by one screw on each end that caused the rod to droop and the curtain to slide to the middle, only one wash cloth, cigarette burns on the tub, no coffee maker, and a drab decor that you'd tend to see at a low budget Comfort Inn, or any lodges owned by Choice Hotels. Ladies, be sure to have your own shampoo and conditioner. There were only two travel size bottles of shampoo in the room, no conditioner. I'm used to there being a bottle of

Absolute worse place to go on vacation, especially if you're black/brown. This hotel was comparable to the BATES motel. Only one person for front desk clerk, bellman, maintenance & housekeeping. No phone or alarm clock in room. The door was broken, some light switches were broken. The headboard looked like a dog chewed on it. And the refrigerator froze my food. The internet price was $30 less than they charged me & Im a VETERAN, so that was with my military discount. Stayed 4 nights & that was too long. Tried to upload photos, but there's no 5g in this town😒

Positive: hotel employee have been almost like family on staff here and they all deserve a raise!!!Fantastic Staff!!! Negative: The swimming pool was shut down and taking too long to get reopened!Room has a few blemishes and bugs nothing completely disgusting but needs to have continual upgrades and routine maintenance and Pest Control to prevent further negatives!

The staff is friendly. Room 212 the bathroom light only works half the time and the fridge has mold in the freezer area. The dresser drawers smell like smoke but we are suppose to have a non smoking room. The front desk is helpful but forgot we have 3 people staying on 2 queen beds and did not prepare the room for 3 people. Great price, bad location and not the best rooms. Our sheets had 2 stains on them and the shower curtain has a rust stain and another stain. The rooms need serious tlc to bring this hotel back to hotel standards. Also, 3 rooms were having a party and smoking in non smoking rooms and the front desk lady just watched them smoke and never mentioned anything about it.

I thought the hotel would be good because walking into the lobby, it was clean and smelled good. The guy at the Desk wasnt very friendly at all, no eye contact. The room looked decent enough until it was getting dark then the roaches came out of every where and the Hotel won't even acknowledge my complaint. We were out of there by 2:30 a.m. I will never stay there again! Travelers beware!
