Positive: Nothing Negative: Dated Covers has stains an filthy carpet that smells. The the elevator didn't work and I'm disabled I had to walk up the steps. I was not told that the elevator didn't work before I booked the room.an breakfast was only served on Monday.

First off, we found a roach on the side of the bed as soon as we came into the room. We immediately started checking the sheets and found another roach. The walls had crayon drawn all over it. It smelled of smoke. The sheets were stained all over. The bathroom had a hole in the wall. There was people yelling outside. We stayed in our room for only 20 minutes. Long enough to book another hotel and get the hell out of there. DO NOT STAY HERE. I asked the desk for a refund immediately but all he could say was I had to call whatever phone number i used to book the room, which was their number. I just said forget it check me out we're leaving. Just going to chock that up to a $90 loss because I was not having my family sleep there.

Our worst overnight stay in Atlanta ever! The best part of my experience was the friendly manager who addressed the musty odor in our room when we arrived. He showed me another room. We declined a double bed, so he sprayed our room and put a scented pad on the AC. The shower bar had been damaged but replaced with a bend, so the curtain sagged to the middle, and water got on the floor. There were holes in the wall and dried pain on the floor from a sloppy painting job. I called the front desk from my phone since the room phone was disconnected. I requested a replacement desk chair, so I could work at the table instead of on the bed, because the desk chair was damaged. He told me there were no replacement chairs. I asked to borrow a dining chair until morning. He said he wasn't sure he c

We ended up here after missing our flight and needed a hotel for the night. Since most hotels in the area were full because of a hurricane coming to Florida, we picked the Baymont. We stayed in one before, so how bad could it be, right? Well, bad! This place was eerie, with areas of cold white light interspersed with dark areas. Staff was behind safety glass, and when we went to the room, there was constant yelling from people outside and rap music from cars. That went on until very late at night. We were scared and barricaded the door with everything we had. The room itself was in poor condition, and the floor was pure filth, similar to the backboard of the bed which was covered in dried "you know what stains". Once you’re in the room, you actually forget what side of town you’re on lol i was actually amazed by the renovations. I stayed here 2 nights. Kp (front desk) was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again. It’s worth the money compared to other hotels. Other than the elevator not working. It was nice. (And i love the liquid dove soap that’s provided throughout all the bathrooms)
