Baymont by Wyndham Augusta Riverwatch

This hotel has some negative comments, but it was a convenient location for us and we are Wyndham rewards members so we get a little better price. Our room was upgraded at no cost because they were not all that busy. Our room was clean and the beds were super comfy. I love the fact they supply large bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash that smells so good! We did not see anything that made us second guess our decision to stay there. The breakfast was good. There was waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit, and cereals. There is definitely options for everyone. The front desk staff were friendly enough, but they were not overly outgoing. I would definitely stay here again, because it is affordable and decent.

Husband and I have stayed here before and really like the size of the rooms. Beds are comfortable and rooms always seem to clean. Desk clerk was kind enough to let us check in early so we could change for a visitation. Pool area is nice although I have never used the pool but did hang out by it and it seems maintained. This trip was a little different because as soon as we walked in the place was under construction. I did book online so I did not have this information before I booked. Our room was fine and we checked in on a Sunday so no workers were present. We were out most of the day Monday so really did not see them until we checked out on Tues. Husband was upset that they did not discount the rooms with all of the halls being a mess and huge dumpster in the parking area. Beware breakf

Positive: Room was clean and the desk staff was courteous and professional. Negative: The breakfast room was terrible. Poor selection, lots of items missing, and overall messy and not totally clean.

This was one of my most enjoyable stays, and I have been all over 49 states, and 6 countries. The staff have been friendly, the rooms clean and inviting, and the breakfast delicious! For business or person stay you will love this place! Highly recommend 😊

I stayed at The Baymont over the Christmas holidays when I was having my first grandbaby. All the ladies that worked the front desk and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. I was stressing and running back and forth from MCG so I was a chaotic mess and they were so helpful and they didn't even give me a problem when it was checkout and I was late getting there to pay my room. They assured me that I could just pay them when I arrived. That was 1 less thing I had to worry about. They made sure to check on myself my service animals and asked about my daughter and baby daily. I was treated like family and I adoreeach and every staff member at The Baymont on Riverwatch in Augusta, Ga. I will definitely be staying again and recommending this hotel to friends and family.
