Baymont by Wyndham Arlington At Six Flags Dr

Newly renovated and shockingly not what I expected. Based on reviews that I read after I booked and it was to late to cancel I was honestly expecting to deal with it. To my surprise the rooms are newly renovated and very clean. The beds are so comfortable I do not want to get out of it. The shower is a walk in on a lovely dove body wash, shampoo, and conditioner is provided. Large flat screen smart tv that offers you the ability to sign into your favorite streaming app. I will definitely recommend this hotel and location couldn’t be more convenient. And lastly the staff at the front desk is very friendly. I enjoyed my experience !!!

My 2 day stay at the hotel was nothing like advertised. I had to change rooms multiple times. Day 1: The first room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. The second room did not have heat. The third room did not have a microwave or phone but we settled for it because we were tired from traveling. The front desk had to come up and troubleshoot the TV because the internet was not setup. The next morning, there was nothing to drink with breakfast so we ended up going out to eat which was money we hadn't budgeted. No ice bucket. We had to go downstairs because the ice machine on the floor did not work. We had to go into the laundry room to hear our food in the staff microwave. 2: We decided to sleep in since breakfast was a disappointment. The fire alarm woke us up early in the morni

Positive: Nothing Negative: Extremely unsafe and completely misrepresented. No window screen on a second floor, elevator malfunctioned, ants everywhere (staff gave me Raid), no lighting, no working fridge, no microwave, and bathroom door didn’t lock. No minor amenities advertised

The location of this hotel is perfect if going to six flags, AT&T Stadium, or Globe Life Field but i wouldn’t stay more than 2 days here. This hotel is under really bad management. It smelt like “skunk” from the moment we walked in till we left (2 days). The smell was stronger on the 2nd floor (couple of doors down from 211). Our door would not close properly. We has to slam door several times to get it to close decently which i’m sure disturbed other guests. Hot water did not last long in the shower. Floor had paint splatter all over it. There are no phones in room so no way to call front desk. Fire alarm went off during our stay and had no way to call front desk. Only reason i got this room was because it was very last minute and had no other choice. The people at the desk were very nic

Booked hotel through Priceline pictures were really nice and reviews were mixed. When we arrived was very hot in lobby not very homey or welcoming felt like a state prison lobby. Booked hotel on a limb for a quick family trip. Our room was not clean at all.. fan in room was filthy and missing smoke detectors pillows were dirty also… I would recommend this place for a single person or if you need a place to take your cheap date too but not a family friendly place. Save yourself a argument with the old ball and chain and don’t book this hotel
