Bay Club Resort

I’d like to begin by strongly advising against staying at Bay Club Resort (302 32nd St, Ocean City, MD 21842). My family and I booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit at Bay Club Resort for our annual cheer competition weekend (February 27 – March 1). We arrived on Friday around 3:00 PM but spent very little time in the room that evening, as we went out and later used the pool facilities. We then showered and went to bed because we had an early morning. On Saturday morning, my younger sister woke up with multiple bites on her body. Concerned, she called my husband into the room. After removing the bedding, he found several bed bugs. He secured two of them in a sealed plastic bag and brought them directly to the front desk. The Bay Club exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The unit was immaculately clean, as were the common areas. The pool was wonderfully maintained. I don't like public pools, but this one was visibly well cared for, cleaned, and maintained. The view of the bay here can't be topped. If you have older children or pets, stay on the first level and they can walk out to the dock to fish.

This place is amazing...the location is perfect and in walking distance to everything that you would need...the views from the balcony was soooo beautiful...I only have one complaint the table on the balcony was too big for the space. But that table was not a deal breaker...this place was still very nice and spacious. Did I mention the views...so relaxing...The host answered every question I had...communications is key and I felt that the line of communication were great. Will stay here again.

The rooms were clean and neat. It's on the bay so great sunsets! Staff is friendly, and they are dog-friendly which was great!

It is a nice location on the bay side of Ocean City with a pleasing view of Assawoman Bay. The accommodations are comfortable and functional. The staff is friendly and responsive.
