Baseball Town Motel Inc

If you’re visiting this town, this is a great spot to stay. It’s clean, comfortable and right in the main area. The people that work here are so nice and helpful. Ainsley is the absolute best! He picked us when from a festival outside of town, as we had no idea that uber wasn’t really existent here. Please note: there’s no elevator. Was not a dealbreaker for us with our bag and being on the 3rd floor.

My son and I stayed in a suite and my daughter and son-in-law stayed in a regular room. The suite was spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. There was good water pressure in the shower and the water was nice and hot. The hosts were very accommodating and made us feel welcome. The suite had a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The motel is just steps from the Baseball Hall of Fame. The one caveat I would make is that the stairs are long and steep, so it might not be the best option for mobility challenged folks. But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed during a weekend trip with my wife & Sandlot baseball team. The location is perfect being right off Main St, with the Hall of Fame just down to one side & Doubleday Field on the other. Historic charming building & comfortable rooms. Staff is very nice & responsive. Discount is also provided for guests in the shop downstairs.

We stayed 2 nights. Rooms clean and comfy. AC worked very well with outside temps in the 90s. Bathroom small but clean and well furnished. Steps from HOF. The hotel communicated with us often before arrival. You also get a 10% discount on store downstairs. No need for restaurant with the Doubleday Cafe ( and other options) a block away. I would recommend for it's location and cleanliness.❤️

Ainsley, the manager of the facility was very helpful. He even offered to pick me up at a location a few miles from the hotel. My son had rented a room for him and his family that also was able to stay in. However, they did not have parking for my car on the first night, but were able to accommodate my car the second night we were there. Ainsley is great, and helped make our trip very pleasurable.
