Bar Harbor Grand Hotel

My childhood best friend and I stayed here on our girls trip last fall and omg we loved it here. Staff was awesome and helped ya out with anything they could. Rooms were very nice and clean, hotel is beautiful and great location. Few minute walk to downtown and the only time we used anything to get around was to rent a little smart car to go out to Acadia park for the day. One of my favorite parts of the visit was standing down in the lobby early morning and watching the live feed of the harbor in the lobby and having the night desk person stand and talk and tell ya all about the things as you were watching. Will definitely be booking here if I go back

This is a wonderful hotel! The property and rooms were very clean and wonderfully decorated. My husband and I both commented on how comfortable the beds were! So nice to get a good night's sleep after hiking Acadia or walking around Bar Harbor all day! The staff were friendly and helpful with knoweldgable information about hiking in the national park or where to explore and eat in Bar Harbor. They hotel employees wonderful sustainablity practicies and the complimentary continental breakfast is probably the best I've ever had. Lots of choices and always fresh!

It’s perfect from check in to check out! Receptionist Neil is very helpful and very efficient…I have no complaints.. everything in the room is A OKAY…!! If I have to come back toMaine … at Bar Harbor… I’ll be staying in Bat harbor grand hotel for longer days👌👌👌

We stayed at Bar Harbor Grand Hotel while visiting Acadia National Park. This hotel is conveniently located near the park. It's also within walking distance to eateries and shops. The hotel was quiet, clean and well appointed. Even the complimentary breakfast was pretty good. The staff was very polite and professional. If we were to visit Bar Harbor again, this is the hotel we would stay!

This is the second time that we stayed at the Bar Harbor Grand Hotel and it's only improved with age. The rooms are large and well maintained and the complementary breakfast is excellent. The staff is also extremely friendly and helpful. The best part though is the location. It’s an easy walk to downtown so you never have to fight for a parking space when going to dinner or browsing the shops. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.
