The rooms are clean and there prices are reasonable

Bob and Becky and everyone are great folks and really good people to do business with. Very affordable and clean place with great location. Rooms are spacious with clean towels and sheets and the beds sleep really good. Quite a few places close to eat and I-20 is less than a few minutes away so easy access to get back on the highway

Manager extremely rude. Refusing to rent a room longer than two days because of "Masters". They came in to work on air conditioner while I was in the room. They charged a extra fee once I got to the front desk. There was no remote in the room. Roaches and bugs. Was told they sold the last smoking room and I needed to pay a extra $30. Then turned around and sold me a smoking room for $11 extra dollars. Sad situation.

Basic 2 stars, delivered as expected.If they would greet the customers more friendly, instead just get the job done, that is how they make them more personal than chain stores.

My family and I came from Florida, transitioning to Georgia for a year at least.|Pro's: polite and inquisitive front desk clerks, polite cleaning lady, AC's worked well, good location, reasonably priced, ample ice from machine, beds firm and sturdy.|Con's: lawn work every day, top floor heavy walking, water pressure in faucets low, cable continuously lost signal.|Possibility: front desk clerk wore mouth covering inconsistently, when I would interact during payment of room, mask was off, or below chin. Germ cautious I understand, but I have covid now, my family does not, and I only socialized with him at payment, noone else. Hopefully, he recovers soon. |Overall, our stay was comfortable and reasonably priced, this is very important. Also, one clerk did mention they are working on the mote
