All the staff that we’ve encountered during our stay here were very friendly, helpful, and so kind. The decor is like stepping back in time. We just love its charm and inviting feel. The location is perfect and the outdoor deck with rocking chairs and loungers call for relaxation. So much to see from here but feels private even though you’re right on the boardwalk. Housekeeping is phenomenal and the cleanliness is just superb. The “feel” of staying here was everything to us.

Live locally, but wanted a place to stay during an Ocean City festival. Amazingly surprised by wonderful customer service, From the front desk to the maintenance man and housekeeping all were top-notch. While an old hotel, truly a vintage experience kept super clean and customer friendly! You will not be sorry to stay here unless you have difficulty climbing stairs multiple times a day. There is a staff run vintage elevator, which will move you and your stuff floor floor. Just be prepared to find a staff member and wait when it is busy.

Positive: I like the location and cleanliness. Negative: The hotel room was small and felt old. I started out on the second floor in a bathroom without a sink. The sink was in the bedroom. I was given a new room on the first floor because my computer could not pick up the internet. The elevator was defective.

The service here is top notch! The staff is friendly and super helpful. Located right on the boardwalk it's perfect! Couldn't be at a better spot for music festivals. I have already booked for next year. Can't wait to stay here again.

While the hotel itself has potential, my experience was disappointing due to a significant cleanliness issue. There were ants throughout the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. This is not something guests should have to manage on their own—housekeeping should address it thoroughly. Until the cleanliness is improved, I would hesitate to recommend this property.
