Arya Blu Inn & Suites FL

Not at all the room shown on the website. Our balcony railing barely has any paint left on it, the building maintenance is near nonexistent. Our room was booked as a double queen but turned out to be two full size beds. Pool is not clean, the shower isn't working properly, the door leading out of the building doesnt latch closed and now the ac isn't cooling. Thumbs down for me

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I REPEAT, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. FILTHY ROOMS, RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, THEY DO NOT HONOR THE TYPE OF ROOM BOOKED IN ADVANCE. Booked a 2 queen bed room with a kitchenette and ocean view for 4 people. When we arrived the lobby was clean and maintained, however the room we were given was 1 king bed with a small pullout bed that only sleeps 1 person, with no kitchenette. The room was run down, paint chipping and large patches of paint missing as well as dirty surfaces, decor falling off the wall, bedsheets were gray and stained. The pullout couch was extremely old (70s vibe) and extremely stained that was so disgusting to even think to sit on let alone sleep on it. Full of dirt on the actual sheets and mattress inside pullout couch that looked to have never been

Positive: The location is great. Right on beach. Quiet area. Not alot in walking distance but overall great location Negative: No room amenities. No larger towels for pool or beach. No kitchen items available. So no cookwear cups etc. Hotel staff said we could rent a basket of stuff to use during our stay. If I would of known. I would of brought my own from home.

Arya Blu wasn't the worst- Service definitely could pick up the slack a little. Exterior was beaten and degraded, and the property has seen better days. Small parking lot. Looked pet friendly- Everyone had dogs. The door to my room was broken, and I was only able to open it by lifting and pulling. The room itself was just fine- clean, kempt, and pretty spacious!

Come here if you want to come to a land down under, "Under construction" that is. Plastered walls with no paint, doors without knobs and Hidden fees***. Booked a room with 2 pets and was told we had to secure $100 cash deposit for the night. The next morning we were charged $25 per pet, so $50 in total and also being charged tax as if it wasnt a flat fee. These people do not speak english and do not care nothing more than putting money in their pocket. They need to put money into their hotel. I will never go here again. The amount they charged for the dogs was almost as much as the room!! Do not come here, unless you want to ruin your experience at The World famous Daytona Beach.
