Positive: The best part was leaving Negative: The owners were terrible and set off the fire alarm twice during my week long visit. The sink leaked water the entire week, and the shower lacked a proper curtain so water regularly got out and there was no drain so it stayed overnight.

Motel is a good name for this location. My family and I traveled to Riverside for a funeral in the midst of the reopening of California. Because of this, there was no breakfast served. The location is not bad. If you go to the left there are about fifty different restaurants. If you go to the right another one hundred. The highway if fairly close and there is a shopping mall (not that we could go into it) close by as well.||||The room itself appeared relatively clean. The beds were made up everyday and we were given fresh towels as well. The bathroom was not as clean. There was a perpetual mildew smell and there was black mold on the bottom edge of the shower curtain. ||||If you go with a family who uses a lot of electronics, be aware that there were only 4 free outlets. Don’t believe any of the good reviews! I saw only positive reviews before I stayed and only really searched reviews after I left. The 1 stars are buried but most accurate. This place was dirty, dangerous, and staff unfriendly. The room had food on the floor from previous guests and towels were dirty. The area and other guests at the hotel will have you checking your back everywhere you go and making sure you dead bolt the door. Which by the way could only be set by pressing your whole body against it. The staff are rude and will also not issue a refund for your stay if you want to leave early. They also don’t mention that part about refunds until you are trying to get a refund. Pictures do not do this place justice in how bad it is. You’ll likely spend $100 per night with taxes. Do not st
