Sunshine the house keeper is Great! She does a lot. The rooms are nice and clean. The owners are wonderful people . Their daughters who also work the front desk are so nice. Also the maintenance man mark has the ground looking great and the pool crystal clear.Wonder place to stay !

One positive - the room was clean and attractive. Looked much better than a typical budget motel. And 3 miles from beautiful beaches, 200 plus per night is a budget place. Biggest problem - the hardest mattresses we ever slept on. We needed to get our own foam layer to be able to sleep. This will keep me away in the future. Housekeeping was terrible. We had to ask to replace towels and shampoo, and then they did not always get it right. Lastly, the room did smell but leaving windows opened when we were away helped. If you are young and can sleep on hard beds, this is an okay option. Otherwise come equipped with air mattresses or look elsewhere.

My husband and I stayed for four nights and we really enjoyed the place! The bed was quite comfortable, the air conditioner worked great, the shower worked wonderfully and the TV was great also! The grounds are fixed up so nice it's just a very pleasant relaxing place to stay and the owner and everyone else I spoke to we're just wonderful!! We will definitely be staying there again!!😎

Place is awesome went away with my husband for our 30 year anniversary. The property is beautiful very well maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. Staff are excellent. Beautiful pool koi pond. They have gazebos space to play outdoor activities grills to cook on. Prices were great. Will be back again

It did the job for a 2 night stay for a youth soccer tournament, but there were problems like the odor of the room, the condition of the curtains and blinds were dated… the bathroom window didn’t lock, and the refrigerator was so loud it kept me up half the night. The grounds were ok, but they’re in need of some tlc, especially the pool with the concrete cracking and the lounge chairs were extremely old. I will say the bathroom was pretty nice, newer shower and the bed was outstanding! Super comfy with soft sheets! Super convenient to the beaches!
