ANTHC Lodging @ Midtown

Very pleased with our accommodations at Aspen Suites Midtown Anchorage but the best part of our multiple stays in Anchorage was KiKi. When she was at the front desk we were always welcomed with a smile. She was also a tremendous source of information about local Alaska — a great concierge! She made our first experience in Alaska memorable.

Staff can be more professional, not trying to be nosy so much, eg: followed me to the room, and was trying to come in, I'm like something I can help you with? Peering over my shoulders, "just seeing who was here. " No one I'm just checking in. Idk, maybe me but, dang. I just got there and it's like that!? Will not be staying there again.

Super friendly and helpful staff who was patient with me even though I was exhausted from my flight and slightly confused by things. Gave me a nice, large room that was very clean and well kept. No noise problems whatsoever. Would definitely stay again.

Bed bugs in 311 i got a couple on my arm my grandson got the worse on his legs. Didn't notice til we. gor to airport. They need to go thru all rooms. If that room had them they all do. Never stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. Everything is relatively new and our room included a full mini kitchen! The room was also spacious and had a nice sofa. This was definitely the nicest stay over our two week trip to Alaska (8 different places). As a bonus, we got a 10% discount at the Bear Paw restaurant which was walking distance from the hotel. It was so good, we went twice.
