Anchorage Motel

We stayed at the Anchorage Motel for a long weekend in August and absolutely loved it! Danine the manager couldn't have been more friendly and helpful - she made our stay very special. The other staff and front desk people were also great. They have hot coffee all the time and a convenient ice machine next to the reception. Danine had great recommendations for what to do downtown and restaurants - we tried them all! The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Mini bar and microwave in the room, with a casting TV were all positives. We hope to come back one day!

We came on the very last weekend of the season and this hotel was insane value for money. Clean space and convenient location. Susie was the best! She gave great recommendations for hikes in Acadia. She just went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and had everything we needed. Will for sure say again.

Positive: The front desk attendant was exceptional. So kind and helpful! Self initiated helping us with parking our extended vehicle by making sure we had a parking spot that fit. Ste also called us when we left something in the room after check out. Negative: The hotel was very basic. It serves its purpose and is in a great location so that makes it worth it. There is no coffee maker in the room but there is coffee at the check in you can walk to.

We stayed here a couple of nights in mid October. The room wasn't fancy, but was comfortable for our needs. The place is conveniently located a couple of blocks from the main street, making it easy to get to Acadia National Park, as well as go shopping in town. Although there isn't a restaurant at the motel, there are several within walking distance. The motel doesn't charge guests for parking which is an added benefit since you have to pay to park on the streets in town. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great motel for the price! It was located right by the Main Street and close to Acadia national park. Rooms were very clean and bathroom had your basic amenities. Everything was perfect for our stay and again, this was such a great motel for the price point. Check in and out was easy as well, and staff was very friendly. Thank you to Susie and Danette!
