I spent two nights here for a layover, Daisy the hotel manager was really awesome as I arrived a few hours before Check In and seen me sitting in the lobby, she actually stopped what she was doing to help me and get me checked in and to my room. Even the young lady in the evening was polite, even though I could tell was busy with something in the back. She still took the time to ask me if everything was OK and if I needed anything. My overall experience was just OK as there were storms and so the TV didn’t work because of DIRECTV, and I was looking forward to the pool just to find out this place does not have a pool. Stayed here because other relatives had booked here. My cousin and I shared a king-size handicapped room. We asked for 2 extra blankets and were told only 1 extra blanket was available, really? The breakfast was a disappointment. Waffle machine broken, No hard boiled eggs. Coffee was weak. The room was clean and quiet except for people upstairs occasionally stomping around, I think they had little ones. We felt for what we were charged they could have afforded 1 more blanket and a decent breakfast.

Craziest experience ever! We made a reservation online for a concert in Milwaukee. Parking lot empty. Doors locked. Nobody answering phones. Other people with reservations driving around wondering why the place is empty. Customer care people no help on the phone. Said we may or may not be charged since the place was empty and closed 🤣😂🤣. Would take up to a week to contact us about our experience. Never expected to experience this. Glad we're not flying in from out of state or coming from more than a couple hours away. I imagine some of the other people may have been. Unbelievable

This hotel is excellent. It’s nice and quiet, not loud at all. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The girl that was working was doing a great job tending to the front desk while also doing housekeeping throughout the hotel. It does say that there’s a pool and hot tub, but just a heads up, that was a different hotel with different ownership so there isn’t one. But I would stay here again because of the location, it’s easy on easy off of highway 41, and there’s a gas station right there and it’s only a few minutes from downtown.

I was an overnight guest due to a business trip. Check-in was prompt and the staff were helpful and friendly. Upon arrival my room was ready, clean, and the perfect temperature. I didn't use the pool but the area looked nice. Amenities were fine, the room was quiet and overall my stay was pleasant. Complimentary breakfast was delicious the next morning and check out was a breeze.
