The room looked absolutely nothing like it does on the website. Our room reeked of cigarette smoke, it was absolutely disgusting. It was so bad it made it hard to breathe. Definitely would like a refund based on how terrible our room was. Giant sign in the lobby that says it's a smoke free property and our room smelled like someone dumped an ashtray on the floor

Positive: Nothing Negative: Pulled into the parking lot to find someone smoking weed. Walked into the lobby only to see the clerk behind bullet proof glass. Non of this was in the reviews. I left immediately got another room at a different hotel.

For a one night stay it was a good choice. It was near dining and somewhat close to the concert venue. Lyft was able to locate easily and the hotel staff were very amenable to helping with location directions.

There’s a reason why they have their manager on duty blacked out on the sign at check in 🤣 Absolutely filthy room. Mold in A/C unit (see photo) and LIVE and dead bugs in the BED and all around the room. The random guy they had working the front desk , manager, and housekeeping all thought the room was in acceptable condition and stated that they would be renting it to other guests in that condition after we left (we were only in the room 1 hour). This was after being confronted with video evidence of bugs crawling in the bed (won’t let me add the video) and housekeeping went to examine the room with us. She stood by it and thought it was acceptable so it says a lot about the other rooms there. All staff was very rude, unhelpful, and difficult to communicate with due to language barrier and

The price cannot be beat. The rooms are clean and the sheets are fresh. Reception area is small. Breakfast is adequate. Good for the budget traveler.
