Positive: Sundays breakfast had lots to choose from including fresh fruit and the gentleman at the front desk. Negative: This hotel was packed with locals taking in the good deal which is fine but leaves no room for travelers. No parking, pool and hot tub filled with kids, breakfast while they had many choices, you are waiting for everything including seating.

This is a nice hotel that is very clean. As soon as you walk into the lobby it seems like everything is well kept and no garbage lying around. The night desk clerk was efficient but not super friendly. I got a king room and was impressed how clean and newish everything was, even the door didn't have all the usual scrapes and dents you see at other mid-budget hotels. The bed itself was comfy and firm, and there was a fake leather couch that could easily seat two adults. The TV was kinda small by modern standards, but there was a really good selection of channels including many HBO and Cinemax options. Overall the hotel is decent. The bed, strangely, was one of the more comfortable hotel beds I have slept on. Upon close inspection, there are several nitpicky issues with the room. First of all, on the corner of one of my pillow cases there was a strange red stain the size of a pinhead. I thoroughly checked the rest of the bed and linens and this was the only issue. No evidence of pests. The room as a whole is just a little dated from the popcorn ceilings to the shower with a little lime scale and diverter valve that takes some fiddling to make work. The pressure and temperature were great though. Again, minor complaints. Going down for breakfast was a little bit of a zoo. The selection was decent, but there were a lot of families with young children. The location is also a bit out there.

Great price and hotel, room was very clean. Yummy breakfast. Nice staff. Online check in and check out very helpful as we arrived later in the night. Pool and hot tub looked clean, we didn't use them. We def plan on coming back!

Family stayed overnight at this location while we were visiting the Madison area for the weekend. Staff were polite and professional upon check-in (and check-out). They were quick and efficient with processing our check-in, although we had made the reservation in advance and precheck had already been completed. Wife and daughters appreciated and enjoyed the fresh baked cookies offered at the counter.||Room was clean, comfortable, and very spacious for our family of four. Beds were very comfortable, and we had a relaxing and restful night of sleep. ||We didn’t have an opportunity to go swimming during our stay, but the pool area looked clean and well-maintained.
