Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Warren Detroit

Went to get a coffee at 9:24am in the morning at the office, and she said she put it away because "they stop serving it at 9:30am", as we could see the half of pot of coffee right behind her. Horrible hospitality. Do not recommend unless your looking for a quick cheap stay.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The price was very reasonable for the area, I love that we could park and stay and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—close to everything we needed, especially the airport. The showers were hot and refreshing after a day of traveling. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.||The only downside was the noise from the nearby airport, but that’s to be expected given how close it is. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to pack earplugs—but honestly, the convenience and service more than made up for it.||Would definitely stay again for the value, location, and warm hospitality!

Room was gross!!! Smelled like mildew and stagnant water!!! And from the door to the end of the bed was COMPLETELY SOPPING WET FROM THE A/C LEAKING UNDER THE DAM CARPET CONSTANLY! BED WAS FULL OF SINK HOLES, BATHROOM WAS FULL OF TILES THAT WERE BROKEN, TOWEL RACK WAS CROOKED AND BARELY HANGIN BY ONE WRONG SIZED SCREW! PIECES OF THE CEILING WERE FALLING ON ME IN THE SHOWER AND THE TOILET WAS COVERED WITH PISS FROM THE PREVIOUS GUEST OR THE HOUSEKEEPERS!? WAS THERE 3 DAYS AND NOT A PEEP FROM HOUSEKEEPING OR WAS I OFFERED FRESH LINENS OR ANY CLEANING SERVICES ETC! N AT BARELY 11AM THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK N ALSO THE HOUSEKEEPER KNOCKED LIKE THE FEDS SCREAMING ABOUT IT BEING 11 AND WERE WE CHECKING OUT OR STAYING!? OVER AN HOUR BEFORE CHECKOUT!? NEVER AGAIN!? N WOULDN'T AGREE TO LOWER THE PR

I got 2 words to describe this place. Bug Infested. Bed Bug's And Roache's. Do not stay here. They don't clean the bathrooms properly there was body hair on my toilet bowl and inside of my shower. I couldn't sleep and I couldn't bathe for two whole day's. This place is nasty

Don't expect a resort. Average it's $60 a night .You get what you pay for. Most are living there. It will serve it's purpose I've seen worst. My biggest problem was the way she just opens the door like the Warden . If you're not checking out go to the office on time because she will be on time making her rounds. I was undressed and it was horrible because she didn't even close the door. Pay or check out. My husband was at the office at the time. Lock your door! And she is rude. There were roaches. We were displaced from our home and this was most definitely part of a trying time for us.
