I stayed here almost a month spending well over $2000. The entire time I was there I was quiet and tried my best not to be a bother for anything. The lady at the front desk insisted on sending someone to clean my room even though when they got there my room was sparkling clean. The maid that came went and told front desk that my beds were one pillow short, so front desk called me and told me that I would have to pay $25 for a missing pillow even though I knew the pillow was in the room. So the day of check out instead of giving me $50 deposit back they only gave me $25 because they said that I lost their pillow I told them the pillow was never lost i had two pillows in one pillowcase and thats why they thought it was 3 instead of 4. Positive: The hotel was quiet. I was able to get plenty of rest. It was peaceful but i wouldn’t recommend any one to visit.but I will return only in an emergency situation. Negative: No microwave in the room. When you book online the customer should be informed. The base around the bed needed vacuuming. Under the heating and cooling vent needed cleaning as well. No microwave in room knob n tub n bathroom old rusted hard to turn on

My experience checking in was extremely disappointing. I stood at the front desk without being greeted or acknowledged. Even a simple “I’ll be with you shortly” would have gone a long way. When I was finally helped, I was told I needed to pay a $50 deposit. However, I had just witnessed another guest check in without being asked to pay one. When I asked to see the written policy stating this requirement, the clerk refused to show it. The situation felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Guests deserve transparency and equal treatment. Unfortunately, this experience left such a negative impression that I will not be returning.

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. The room was filthy. The floors weren’t vacuumed, the sheets were stained, the lamp was broken and dirty, and the PTAC AC unit was broken and full of dirt and debris (there was even a pen cap inside it). Worst of all, there were BED BUGS. My son was bitten in less than an hour. We were in the room for less than an hour before we left and did not stay. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund because the room was unsafe. They refused. They also did NOT offer us another room. Now the hotel is telling the third-party booking site that they offered us another room and that we declined. That is a lie. No other room was offered. On top of everything else, they are dishonest. Only issue I had was when we were leaving the room to start bringing our bags to the car, I went back in to double check I grabbed everything and the cleaning crew was already in there. It was 10:28am and check out is at 11am. I had to ask them permission to go back into MY room to make sure I grabbed all of my possessions, hoping that I did since they were already in the room. Proceeded to drop my keys off to the front desk and said I was checking out before walking out. Very outdated building, but still a very nice stay. Woman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly when we checked in Saturday afternoon. My service stars do not reflect on her, she gets 5 stars. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean. The only thing I noticed was small bits of the wallpaper was peelin
