Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Boise

Everything was going great until we checked out and I went to look under the bed and found so much dust dust from the room not being cleaned Before we checked in that you could have made a carpet with it, after our first week we were told if we were gonna stay another week, we had to accept maid service. Yeah, the whole week we'd stay there. And they'd never knocked on our door not one time. We got told that we had our Do Not Disturb. Sign out side on the front door we did not even have a Do Not Disturb sign. So now we move up to the end of the third week. We stay there, they Jack the price up. Like, $60 every single week. Positive: The staff were nice and helpful Negative: It’s VERY dirty. I used a half of a container of Clorox wipes to clean the floors, bathroom and fixtures. Most every piece of furniture, fixture, door, etc is broken or needs repair.

Hi my name is Carlie Smith I was in room 440 in the American Best Inn and when we got into that room underneath the counter was disgusting underneath the beds were disgusting there is a few spider webs in that room and also there was bugs in the cracks of the windows. Also the maid did not knock on the door to ask if she can clean the room Also we had a Noisy Neighbor next to us that came home late and started making all kinds of noise

This place is disgusting! Curtains duct taped closed, room smells like cigarette smoke, cigarette burns all over bedding, pretty sure there was blood dripped across one bed, wouldn’t walk bare footed through the room and chose not to shower because it was frightening to look at. Had it not been midnight when we rolled in and 2 other hotels already fully booked, we would have left. Hoping we don’t leave with an STD.

Before I begin my experience… I did want to point out that Almost every review shown here has a response from the owner saying they appreciate the feedback on the issues. I think this begs the question… If you are well aware of your property being a health hazard, why aren’t you actually doing something about it? Vapid and shallow apologies mean nothing when actions aren’t taken to resolve the ongoing problems You see in these reviews year after year. I used an online booking site when staying with this hotel. Their review reviews were questionable But the photos looked good and I believed it was a space I had stayed in a few years back. Given that past experience, I was more comfortable Going in. However, when I arrived, I realized that this was not the same Hotel I had stayed at. As I l
