Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Anchorage Airport

I asked for my deposit back, they said I had to much trash (it was all in bags, next to the trash can) I had about 4 small little bags. Ive worked in housekeeping. I was nice enough to take all the sheets off and seperate them into piles, put the towels in one area. They also wouldnt change my room after i had told them I found a dirty needle in the recliner. There was sticky substance on the table. If I could give them negative stars I definitely would. This place is DISGUSTING! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Positive: Location Negative: Let me start with Im not a complainer. 1st I called for a shuttle and it took 45 minutes to get a ride. 2nd I got to the motel and the c/ c machine wasn't working to put a deposit down. 3rd I get into the room and it was cold. I could keep going !!!

The 1st room we checked into after arriving at the airport was awful!! I wish I had pics of it. The full size refrig was flooded like someone let ice melt on all the shelves. It was on the 1st floor and the window had no screen and looked like an area occupied by homeless and drug users. Filthy!! We drove around checking other places but everyone was booked. When asked what they charged one employee stated all about the same $350-$400 a night!! I forget the name of that place but it wasn’t worth that much. After not finding anything else we went back and spoke to the desk. I mentioned it is really disgusting and we needed another room. Another woman came out of an office and said she had another room we could have so I asked to see it first. It was much better than the 1st one but still in

Do not book this hotel. We were keen on booking this hotel due to the location near the airport. This was a terrible idea. The rooms smelled very badly, huge bugs in the bathroom, and a blocked toilet were only a few problems to name. There was also lots of dust in the windowsill and the kitchen was disgusting. Breakfast wasn't the best and there was no seating area.

It's as clean as an old hotel could be. The sheets were fresh and clean but housekeeping does not really clean well. There was a sticky spot on the floor and someone's eyedrops in the fridge. Again, comfy bed and zero issues with the amazing suite. I had the one bedroom suite, which was enormous. Easily room for six people and was shockingly welcome. The downside is there is no elevator so pack light. Do not count on the shuttle. The driver was unbelievably rude and completely unreliable. He should have been fired that day but I'm certain the slumlord owner kept that hack.
