Americas Best Value Inn Longview

Overall,it was nice. However, the new management is rude and extremely aggressive. I can understand that the smoke in the room (from my lavender incense burning) that he said was not what he smells. I feel violated and moreso invaded of my privacy. Also, I had a visitor and was told that he had to leave. I understand that I should only have the amount of people booked for the room present, but the room accommodates 4 adults.

The rooms are clean and updated. The price is pretty high for this area. The staff was very friendly and helpful and was willing to assist me with anything I needed.

Very friendly owners,I love there's an ice machine and you can get it whenever you want.Has free wifi and cable and very hot water to take baths has a bigger ice box then most and comfy firm beds.....if I had a choice americas best is my first pick

Don’t book! My first room had cockroaches and ants. We got switched to a second room and it had pee stains on sheets. They make it clear they won’t refund at front desk. They know their rooms are dirty and make sure you don’t get your money back. HORRIBLE
