Americas Best Value Inn Lafayette

Staff was very polite and respectful, but the rooms were terrible. We had two rooms and we checked both of them and on entering our first room there were bugs on the bed and a spider that crawled from the pillows. In the other room as we checked it we found trash under the bed and a cigarette bud fell from the end of the bed. We decided to leave half an hour later but could not receive a refund due to us checking the beds, which I completely understand the worker was just doing her job and following policy. I hope management can tend to this issue and fix it.

This hotel is not perfect. But the staff is friendly. the rooms are what you pay for, I mean it's like 65 dollars a night when you walk in. I haven't seen no bedbugs or nothing and I have stayed here a lot. I like it. the general manager is nice and I didn't have any problems. My car was safe. Nobody bothered me. If you want a resort style hotel then you are gonna have to pay for it. this is worth it for the price. I can't wait to stay here again when I pass back through Lafayette

Positive: Nothing Negative: Dirty floor, dirty towels, bathtub floor was slippery due to the coating came off, dusty microwave

This place is unacceptable. We left after 1 hour. Bugs and cockroaches. Very dirty and not at all what was advertised. Staff was polite but that place is disgusting

Positive: Nothing Negative: employee at the front desk wasn’t in uniform when I arrived at 3 am so I was unsettled,roaches , there were druggies outside the hotel and inside trying to hold my luggage, all trash cans were over flowing when I arrived and left, floors at nails
