NOOOOO! You CANNOT close a door softly! ALL night long, we were awakened by doors closing that sounded like they were being slammed...||My mama once told me the sign of a good hotel was if they had Kleenex. Nope. Called the front desk to ask for some. Nope. We can give you a roll of toilet tissue.||Dedicated smoking area. Right next to the entrance. ||Front desk personnel? We were obviously interrupting her smart phone time. We must have been SO inconvenient. ||No coffee pot. No breakfast. ||The definition of value may be described as "Best bang for your buck". This place was $10.00 less that other nearby options. I'd pay $10.00 more for a good nights sleep, coffee and breakfast.

Basic of basics. If you want a good clean place to lay your head and sleep this is it. We did one night on our way to Pigeon Forge. It is a nice spot right off the interstate. Another hotel, Cracker Barrel & Taco Bell all right off the same street.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the employees were friendly very helpful, including after our stay when they assisted us with recovering an important belonging that was accidental left behind.

Positive: Location and clean Negative: There was one microwave for the entire hotel. No coffee or tea in the evening. Elevator shuddered and would start to open before stopped. Bad bed. Cleaning product set off allergies. Dim lighting. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Room felt damp. Thin walls--

Someone literally used a key and opened the door to the room I was in. If it wasn't for the latch lock, they would've walked right in. When I went to the front desk to ask about it, they tried telling me that nobody tried to open the door, showed me security footage of me leaving the room, and just kept cutting me off when I told them they're wrong. I will NEVER stay here again.
