I was honestly very positively surprised! The check-in process was done through a virtual screen with a live agent on video — such an innovative and modern experience. Everything worked smoothly and it felt very efficient. A special thank you to Jil, who assisted me during check-in. He was extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. Great energy and great service! The hotel itself is really nice for the price. Good value for money. The room looks good at first glance, two comfortable beds, and a nice shower. Everything feels clean and practical. I’m happy with my stay so far. Definitely recommend!

Positive: Nothing. Misrepresented entirely. Negative: Unsafe and Misrepresented. I chose a “2.5 star casino hotel.” This was a motel, no casino, no desk staff on premises. Drug use in parking lot. We did not stay. I want to be reimbursed.

**WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE!**||My experience at this motel was nothing short ofa nightmare! From the moment I arrived, I was hit with numerous issues. First, the kiosk attendant tried to charge me a $300 deposit, despite the fact that the paperwork clearly stated it was only $100. To make matters worse, I still have not received my deposit back!||The walls are paper-thin, leaving me to hear every sound from neighboring rooms. I was appalled to find bloodstains on the sheets and a strange, foul smell coming from a hole in the wall. We were in Florida for four days. We were on a tight budget this time and chose this hotel. I read bad reviews and was really worried, but I needn't have been! The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were cleaned every day. There was no noise, although we were across from a Mexican cafe. The beds were comfortable! The only downside was the breakfast; it was pretty bad. Please add an egg.

This was hands down one of the most disgusting and unprofessional hotels I have ever stayed at. The bathroom was filthy with someone’s hair still in the shower and toilet, like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There was grime everywhere, and I felt uncomfortable even touching anything. The bed sheets were just as bad.. they looked dirty, felt gross, and definitely did not seem freshly washed. Absolutely disgusting. To make things even worse, there were literal drug-used items outside the building. It made the place feel unsafe, trashy, and completely neglected. Clearly nobody cares about maintaining this property. There were no real employees available at all. I was forced to talk to some machine with a person on it instead of a physical human being.
