Americas Best Value Inn Champaign

He told us it was a “No refund establishment” after we notified him about the cockroaches. He didn’t tell us before we paid or after. He told us after we found issues with our rooms. I got 2 rooms for me and my friends and both shower also weren’t working. Took these photos with a digi cam

Positive: If I could rate this hotel a 0 or a negative 2 I would.There was a inch of filth behind the beds and nightstand and bugs spiders cobwebs grasshoppers all of it.It was disgusting! When I brought itbup to staff they told me that i could check out. Negative: The continental breakfast was toast and stale ceral and expired juice.

Marijuana smell through out hotel. Dirty washcloth in bathroom, very thick dust in room. Coffee maker did not work. Woke up the desk clerk at 6:30am to make coffee. Breakfast stated 6-10am. Told clerk of our complaints, he said thank you. Did not care!

Terrible choice of hotel only picked it because that’s all that was left, would not give us our deposit back because they gave us a broken lamp? Also hallways smelled and we didn’t get any room service

Shower did not work, stain under mattress on top mattress sheet… no cards for your doors have to be let in… I was pretty upset and we did not have the means to up and move hotels rooms as NOTHING was available.. not even a discount or anything once told!
