⭐️ DO NOT BOOK HERE — TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ⭐️ I booked this hotel months in advance through sonesta, and I’ve never had a worse check-in experience. I arrived late at night, pregnant, exhausted, and expecting the non-smoking room I had reserved. Instead, the front desk staff tried to give me a smoking room and acted like they had no obligation to honor my actual reservation. To make matters worse, I had already paid over $500, yet they tried to overcharge me at check-in. Another guest next to me was dealing with the same issue — they tried to charge him $2,000 a night for a hotel that is absolutely not worth anywhere near that. By far the WORST HOTEL & The Staff at the front window is disrespectful and after spending $1400 for a 12 day stay I couldn’t even get a cup of coffee and when I asked about a cup of coffee I was told the manager is not in? What kind of response is that to a paying customer who works for Caterpillar on 10 hour shifts and pays $100 a day and $120 on Friday and Saturday for a total of $740 per week so I was never really there except the weekends and the shower water pressure was just a trickle and I was put on the 3rd floor in the center and the room reeked of weed and cigarettes and the shower handle was barely functioning and the only thing that Is of concern to them is collecting your hard earned money/ cash for your stay. I got to my room very late at night and found bedbugs in my bed. I had told the manager and even though he switched me rooms, he gave me the old "my cleaners haven't said anything to me about this before" bit. I switched rooms and then give a cockroach and a massive stain on the bedsheets that bled into the mattress with a hole in it. Livid, I tried to speak with Expedia about this issue. They gave me a refund with no further accommodations and actually kicked me out of the hotel all together at 2am. I was then greeted by a homeless man right outside of my room who wouldn't leave me alone. I was out in the cold for about 30 minutes before I went to another hotel. NEVER again and I will NEVER book with Expedia

It’s too pricey for a 2-star hotel at $225 per day. There was a bug in the bed at night. It gave a bite on my kids hand. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
