Americas Best Value Inn Arlington

****AVOID AT ALL COST**** I stayed here while I moved from one apartment to my new one. Positive note the house keeping lady cleans her butt off. I ended up leaving there after having to call the police. The father of the guy who runs the office (who ive never spoke to besides hi) walked a man up to my room and used a key card to let him in my room. I was naked in bed and let the office know that I was a single woman staying alone. They didn't even Id the guy. If it wasn't for the sliding lock being locked he would have been in my room. The man proceeded to put his foot in the door and demand that I open and let him in. This man didn't even have a room there. He sat in his car watching the hotel. Because he and the father spoke the same language he escorted this man to my room and was lett

Positive: The location Negative: The hotel staff was rude upon checking. The room was dirty. The sheets were stained. One of the walls looked like there was some type of small fire near the electrical outlet. The top of the small refrigerator was full of dust. Room had mosquitoes.

Did an online reservation through booking.com & got there, the manager said I had to do a $50 cash deposit even though I was paying with card. I've never stayed anywhere that they demanded cash when paying with a card, it's usually just held on the card. He got all passive aggressive when I simply asked about it. I guaranteed will NOT be spending money there!!!

I love it here! Me and my family of are dealing with waay too much to complain about what we see… Mr. Andy is very professional and kind and goes above and beyond to make sure our stay is comfortable he handles any complaint's expeditiously and is very helpful instead of being dismissive… His father is also very helpful and kind and the cleaning crew is very sweet and helpful!
