America's Best Inn Warren Detroit

The Staff at this hotel are beyond stellar! I have been staying here for almost 1 year now and they have made me feel at home, the rate that I pay for weekly rates is less than what I would pay to rent an apartment in the area. The grounds are always clear and clean, during snow the parking lots are always well cared for. I have not had any issues with anything to make me doubt my choices of staying here. I would say to anyone looking for day rates, short term or long term stay, this is a very worth it.

Worst place ever. I rented a room for a week realized the door never locked on my room. Asked repeatedly to have it fixed. After the week went by and my lock was not fixed I demanded a new room. After receiving the new room the television did not work at all. I complained and well in the office told new clients not to rent there. They called the police on me and have me removed even though I was paid up until the next morning. Only way to get my money back is through Court. Do not go there they are the worst.

The Rooms have roaches and bed bugs in them the sheets and blankets are dirty they changed my room four different times and each room was nasty when i said i want my money back the worker behind the counter was very rude and i left and called up there to get the corporate number and the worker profiled me as a Chinese lady and am not am Caucasian lady i will be calling the better business bureau in the morning if i do not get my full refund back……….

Do not go there I was robbed I was there for the weekend and I had to bring a client there to do her hair and heard a knock at the door no peep whole thought it was my client coming back to get her hair finished then boom a guy in the mask hit me and took everything from me went to front dest the guy was not paying attention and tried to tell me he couldn't switch my room if ur a lady don't go it's not safe there oh and also building b is infested with y'all kinda bugs

Raz and one other older man have bad attitudes honestly. They don’t know how to talk to people. I been here a minute and I be biting my tongue with them 2. WiFi is horrible. Can’t say anything about the rooms except the one I have been in. It’s decent besides the bathroom and the outlets. The workers bring the rating down
