I have a friend who lives here it seems like a nice place to live. My kids, husband and I enjoyed the pool and playground when we were invited to swim and play. They should have a sign posted somewhere that states where the office is though, when we were interested in living there we had to ask a maintenance guy because the number that Google gives out is disconnected.

This is not a very nice place to live. The rain goes up every year $25 or more and they charge you for every little thing that you want him to do pretty soon. This is gonna be so expensive it's gonna be like living in a 3 bed room house. It's ridiculous and they do threaten to evict you if you to call against them so I hope I don't get you back to right now.

The worst place to live EVER.! WARNING DO NOT ENTER. Ive been singled out and harrassed because of my nationality. Have tried several times contacting IPG (property management group) corporate office. They wont pick up phone, respond to emails and the fax number doesnt exsist. Im tell you for a fact if you want to enjoy where you live, have a little privacy, and enjoy life well then this is NOT the place. I don't even want to go outside. Police are here constantly. Cant even let my kids play outside because of fear from people who are not supposed to be in the trailer park. Watched a child get attacked by a dog. Dont make the same mistake I did. STAY AWAY PLEASE!!!!!!!

They do not inform you when you move in the rent increases 15-25 dollars every year. And this year 2020 another 35.00 increase. I do like living here in my home but, financially it is quickly becoming more and more expensive just for the lot fee. 2021, up another 45.00 for lot rent. 2022 another 45.00 lot rent raise in Jan.2023.

This is an old mobile home park. It has lots of problems with the sewer and water system. The water gets shut off a lot, with no warning, sometimes for days. The office number is worthless, they never answer the phone, never give updates on when the problem will be fixed. They keep raising the lot rent every year.
