Alpine Inn & Spa

The location is excellent. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and a wall heater that kept us warm. Good lighting and plenty of TV channels. The pool was under snow but the hot tub was on. We could hear other guests through the heating vent or thin walls, not sure. This is a motel with few amenities but the price was great (less than $350 for two nights on a weekend). Could it use an update? Yes. Are there things to fix? Yes (the window lock/latch was broken and the ironing board doesn't work; there is a big patch of water damage in the closet ceiling). But they accept pets and that is very appreciated!

Positive: NOTHING! Negative: Staff was rude, the room was dirty, smelled bad, and was in disrepair. Smoke alarm was removed and not replaced. Staff made no attempt to accommodate our complaints. Left immediately and paid for another BETTER hotel in the area.

We stayed at this place many time because of its fantastic location. They have clean and comfortable rooms, with really friendly and helpful staff. Also they are pet friendly which make us easy to pick this place. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and relaxed stay.

Older spot, clean enough. Staff was great. Bed was comfortable and great walking distance to whatever you need. Food, casinos and heavenly. Price is right. I’d stay here again.

Avoid this place at all costs. I paid $500 for two nights, which is a total rip-off for a tiny, cramped room that felt completely neglected. It lacked even the most basic amenities—there was no soap in the bathroom, and the TV remote didn't work, making it impossible to use the room's features. The cleanliness was unacceptable, with stained bedding and grime throughout. To top it off, a staff member named Roy was incredibly rude and dismissive when I brought up these issues. This property is poorly maintained and way overpriced for the terrible quality and service. Do not waste your money here.|​
