Aloft Wichita

The staff was wonderful, a very dog friendly hotel. They have free dog snacks and water for your pups. Stayed for a week and have no complaints at all. Everyone always said hello to my dogs.

Very nice rooms. Hotel has brought hallways to your rooms, but light doesn't leak into the rooms. The lobby is very clean and nice. The bar area is a good place to relax. And Krista, the bartender, is fabulous!!!

Customer service experience was horrible. Staff unwilling to accommodate Marriott credit card holders with simple requests in addition to a lack of professionalism. Staff are dressed unprofessionally in hoodies and the customer service reflects such. No accommodations provided for being a gold member. Have spent thousand of dollars in the last year with Marriott. I will be canceling my credit card . Hope corporate thinks this is worth it !

Positive: Staff was very friendly. The outside sitting areas overlooking the pool and pond were nice. The gym was clean and well equipped. Negative: I would have liked a hot tub. I also would have liked a larger sink area.

We had a relaxing stay thanks to the peaceful atmosphere. The room was spotless and nicely decorated. Housekeeping did a great job each day. Staff were always polite and helpful. Great value for money.
