Aloft Louisville East

I booked this hotel last minute and arrived around 9 PM at night. The front desk staff was friendly and checked me in quickly and gave me my hotel key directed me to the elevators and where I could park my vehicle. The room was standard. nothing special the bed was comfortable, and I did like the fact that there were USB ports on each side of the bed as well as at the desk. I do wish they had had toothbrush and toothpaste for guests in the room because I had forgotten mine. It would’ve all been nice if they had had a complementary comb for guest to use overall eight out of 10 

Positive: perfect pricing and location for our event in Louisville! Negative: I wish they would have had a breakfast, but that is not a deal breaker. The price was excellent and we will stay here again!

This hotel is great. The staff make it a productive or relaxing stay everytime. They are all friendly, helpful and Informative. Any need or request is responded to in a timely manner and very happy we have been using them for not only stays, but also conference room rentals. Will continue to use them for our local business needs for sure. Rooms are very clean and well maintained, hallways, public bathrooms, pool area, etc. all very clean and inviting.

All in all, hotel was okay as the rating says. Several employees went above and beyond, others not so much. In over 100 nights, rarely am I asked to take my ID out of my wallet at check in...happened here. Or when you walk in on a Sunday night and it's a hockey frat party in the lobby. Controllable? No. But goes to the hotel and just offering up my experience. Most likely will not stay here again for future visits to Lville.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. We eight nights and had to ask on day five to have sheets changed. Shower in bathroom not the best since shower head was not adjustable and couldn't turn on without getting hit with cold water. No included breakfast but items available for purchase. Staff was friendly. Location was great - close to restaurants & shopping.
